Which PSU is better for my build?

Like Garilia said both are equal and can go for the cheaper one. Here is a link to list here on Toms with PSU ratings that help you find models to stay away from and which might be slightly better. http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

I want to update GPU, coming from 6970's CF: best option?

Hey Blas, I personally would try and hold off till the end of the month and see what the new AMD 480 card brings. Hopefully will start seeing some benchmarks and how they compare to others in the next couple of weeks. They're VR ready according to AMD and are at a 200 dollar price point. Hope...

Ram compatibility with AMD Fx-8350 CPU

Over 1866 is possible actually if mobo supports it actually. I run low latency 2133 myself and it was detected properly on installation with no adjustments in bios required but I am running the Crosshair formula V - Z mobo also.

    why intel beat amd?

A lot of it is actually how the software is programmed and intels hyper threading is programmed for more than the true multi threading of AMDs cpus. If you go to a multi threaded program like some of the business software and AMD will win hands down.

Will my power supply run this GPU?

If you what you stated it has on the 12 v rail is correct then you should be fine the 750 Ti actually doesn't use a lot of power. The geforce website actually only says it requires 300 watt PSU and knowing that it doesn't use much power you should be fine and good to go your system won't draw a...

Will my power supply run this GPU?

In order to know for sure need to know the rest of your system specs and the exact make and model of PSU would help. On the side of the PSU should be who made it like Corsair CX 400 or something similar. Someone can get you good advice with that info.

why is using a molex adapter for a gpu not recommended?

That card would push the limit on 1 of those rails 170 watt of the 216 and you would be best suited to use the link I posted above and find yourself a good 500 or 550 watt PSU from tier 1 or 2 especially if you plan on OCing since you do have an unlocked CPU.

why is using a molex adapter for a gpu not recommended?

Your PSU has 3 - 216 watt 12 volt rails and 1 - 9.6 watt rail not ideal. Like i7baby mentioned which video card you have will help guide you in the right direction and would be best most likely with a PSU upgrade from tier 1 or 2 from the following list...

    Remove Case feet

You most likely from the pictures I can see on the design you will have to lay it on it's side and use a screwdriver to take a screw holding them on from the bottom.

    transferring steam games

If it wasn't set up for cloud saves in steam for the game then it put the saves most likely in My Documents folder in a folder with the games name.

What Framerate will I get with these components?

Well if you don't plan on doing any overclocking you'll be ok with that PSU and will last you awhile I'm running a CX currently for a few years or so now and no problems yet.
