I'm not sure that I have one on this MB. I have a USB 1394 plugged into a USB 1314 port, could that be causing the issue?

It is connected to a USB 3.0 port. The case I used is also about 4-5 years old. Did I plug the USB cables incorrectly on the MB?

Whenever I load up BIOS I am continually spammed with "Load optimized defaults". As if the computer is spamming the F5 key. This system is days old as well. I have a Logitech G15 Keyboard. Thanks for your help.
