I cleaned the Laptops Vents, and noticed that my Framerates are stable again and lag is no longer Present. Thank you to everyone who helped me!

Its normal.

It is disabled. The Problem isnt the FPS, but rather the fact that It was much better before, and now lags VERY BADLY, when it ran smoothly beforehand.
