    One thing I do realise is that my GPU Power goes from 60 - 90 watts which is normal and my gpu clock actually goes above 300. However, when it's 300 mhz the watt goes to 391 + thats why I think its something to do with how much power its drawing.

    I'm not sure it just randomly works out of nowhere, If it helps I sometimes just change power plans on control panel and it randomly works but it doesnt work all the time and hasn't worked for a while

    I have tried that on MSI Afterburner it doesnt change at all its just locked at 300 mhz, this morning I turned on my computer and it was on 1605 mhz and worked for a bout an hour or two. After playing for a while it just stopped and returned to 300 mhz again.

    I was thinking the same, however it seems to randomly work fine I adjust some settings and it works however then it randomly stops working again. I feel like its fixable idk how, any suggestions I can try before taking it to one?
