if your pc is a laptop and not a desktop leave the job to the professionals. Opening/closing laptops can be tricky business. if you have a desktop google "how to remove cmos battery on desktop computer"
my system failed to boot because of power cabling to the gpu. so maybe a loose cable or incapable psu. also theres a way to diagnose errors by listening to the system beeps during boot
maybe some codecs got deleted somehow. just a guess, i know they're required for media players, Maybe you clicked a bad link that installed false drivers. Try system restore or resetting (if your using) firefox
you could say it guarantees quality, coz like its been stress tested before you've even bought it. most I.T equipment usually keeps on running for ages if it can pass the inital stress tests
buy 280x, if ps4 is next gen, how long do you expect it to last, at least 5 years is a good guess, so why wouldnt you be safe buying a 280x. it can easily outperform the ps4, which helps in case you get a game which is a bad port.
your confusing me. Your computer has specific hardware. Now when you want to know if you can play a new game you fancy buying you do a check. you check if your hardware is equal compared to the minimum requirements. if they are equal you will be able to play the game on low to medium settins...
if your using nexus as mod manager. its just a matter of clicking from inside the nexus program. 5 minute job. nexus stores the mods in their own little folder on the c' drive
