Hey. So I'm going to buy a 970 and use one 1080p 144hz 1ms for gaming and one 1080p 60hz 2ms for accessibility. But is the graphics card able to run two monitors on two different fps rates? And/or will I experience screen tearing?

So this MSI Z97S Krait motherboard has 5 fan slots which fits my build perfectly. But 2 of them are specified as CPU Fan slot. Is it possible to use those slots for normal 120mm case fans? Or are they different somehow? I have a Corsair H100i GTX water cooler so I won't use the slots for CPU...
