    Use Corsair Link to see your CPU and GPU temps, if they are ok then no need to replace them. Swap out the PSU and see what happens.

    Your HHD could be dying. Or it could be that there is too many services running in the background and win10 has ALOT of services running.

    It could be windows 10 if you are running it. You should use Acronis Drive Monitor to see if your drives are degrading.
