yeah im at 1080p resolution i wanna play gta V, battlefield and far cry at a reasonable detail at 60fps stable. somebody told me that my processor will bottleneck 1060 or rx r70 so the only upgrade i can go is 960 or 1050 ti. my budget is around 170$ here in ph.

960 and 1050 ti are priced the same. i thought that i would gain more performance from 960. can i get away from using an i3 in playing latest games?
