Hi.A few month ago I just upgrade my pc from Windows 7 to Windows 10.Recently, my windows got a problem I can't open the login menu.After that I tried to repair but it crash and display a error that said 'there a problem resetting your pc.No change were made'.Please help my issues on Windows 10.

I have windows 7 pro but I want to upgrade to windows 10 pro but the media creation tool don't have option on windows 10 pro,the option is windows 10 normal and windows 10 Home.So I pick Windows 10 normal.Does it effect my windows?Sorry,English is my second language.
