ok so I move the 1tb WD to port 0 and the vista drive to one of the other port, then I reboot tell it to use the WD drive, have the windows 7 cd in the dvd drive, use Custom installation install to the WD drive. Install driver and update. Now when I’m in windows 7 can I still see the files on...

yes newest driver from ati 10.3 as for other drivers got the 3 you posted ati,intel rapid, realtek, bios from gateway. that's all that comes to mind. did i miss any big driver updates?
