As long as your motherboard doesn't fall out i think you're fine lol, there may be some rattle though. There isn't really a fix to this, if the screws don't go in, don't force them, it could just be poor build quality. Also the motherboard standoffs screw into the case as you know, and the MOBO...

It's the temperature of your parts. Your parts are running pretty hot especially the CPU. I would dust out your pc, move any wires blocking fans, *install more/rearrange fans*, and if your pc is against a wall you should move it for a more open airflow

The fans that come with the cooler will work just fine and the speed is actually 500 - 2300rpm, so your radiator fans will automatically get faster as it gets hotter.
