I am looking for a new gaming pc to replace my current outdated rig from 2013. I also will be doing software development work on it (Visual Studio C#). Gaming will be mostly stuff like Starfield, Final Fantasy 16( when it hits PC), and Baluder Gate.

I picked a 12000 series for price but if there is an affordable 13000 then that would be even better. I want at least 32 GB but 64 GB if budget supports it. Is that power supply too weak ? I am not sold on liquid cooling just not sure which is better at the moment or safer.
