800€ limit, im only looking for the GPU

So 1 gigabyte gtx 980ti will give me enough performance for The witcher 3 1080p ultra+ hairworks 60fps?

Yeah... i forgot to tell, but i live in portugal and here they are about the same price ~400€ i only plan to do 1080p 60fps gaming, should i be looking to gtx 970 sli or a single gtx 980 or even a gtx 980ti? also how good would do a r9 390x?

but im affraid only one gtx 970 will not run witcher 3 ultra+HairWorks on 60fps :/
