The rad is higher up than the pump, so I should just shake it a bit? I've cleaned everything out thoroughly.

I'll boot it up and see if I can fee anything. Not sure what a RPM wire is though.

Is there an easy enough way to check if the cooler has gone bad?

So today when I booted up my PC it ran fine for a short while and then crashed. Booting it up again I ran HWMonitor and saw my CPU was reading around 100 degrees on all cores. I'm running the CPU with a Coolermaster 120M Seidon liquid cooler. I've cleaned out the PC and re-applied thermal paste...
