Honestly, you don't really need to run csgo at 300fps...you monitor (which I'm guessing is 60hz) can only display 60fps

I had the same problem with my 390...turns out if you have NVIDIA physics not on low it's framerate drops.....mine was ~35 fps with it on max settings 1440p but when I turned it on low (you dont really see a difference) my framerate went to ~60 with no drops at all
