Refresh rate doesnt usually have an impact on the size of the screen Can you try changing the Resolution to the correct one. Or play around with the Buttons on the monitor and make sure the Horizontal/vertical isnt to high

It's been working on the current BIOS version for almost a year.. I wouldn't want to mess anything up updating to a beta bios?

I had a similar issue with the Ryzen series when updating my BIOS, and the CPU light indicated it didnt like my RAM, i booted it with One stick and it posted, try re seating and changing the RAM

Try re seating the RAM or booting with 1 ram stick

When you boot it up, do any lights on the EX Debug LED come on, IE CPU, DRAM, VGA etc
