My opinion, I would go with the corsair build, and the 780ti is here to stay awhile considering it being the new flagship GPU for Nvidia! Let's see what others say..,

My opinion, the GTX 550ti is dual slot pci-express card & that Mobo does have 16x pci express slot, I need more info on the case & PSU to tell u more :)

U will do with decent rated (80 plus bronze or above) 650w PSU but only if it is one GPU setup.

The gateway is an OEM build so if u swap the Mobo, u need to reinstall/buy a new copy of windows! Infact fact everytime u change a Mobo, I need a fresh install because the OS is tied to your Mobo. My advice, don't buy a cheaper OEM copy, by retail version to avoid this situation.

Btw, what is your Mobo, and high profile ram will also get in the way too
