I reseated the gpu cleared,the cmos. Do you mean the cpu pins on the top of the motherboard or the cpu itself?

OK so i got life in the PC all the fans work the gpu lights up and the gpu fans work i just had to jump start IT with a screwdriver but do you think there is anything i can do to fix the power button itsself? And my monitor gets no signal now...... i hate my life
