Thanks for all the input guys. I learn more and more everyday here. The new MOBO is a gigabyte ga-z68x-ud3h-b3 while the old one was a ga-z68ap-d3. I will try the clean install and see if I have any issues. Hopefully it will pass the test and I wont have to deal with Microsoft.
