Is anyone having a similar issue? Laptop is an Hp. Hover select is not working. Seems like it happened after recent update. 2 Microsoft techs couldn't figure this out. Laptop is new and virus scan came back clean so don't believe it. Is that. Weirdly, hover select works if I one- click a link...
