Hello.So I bought this new cpu cooler and I have some problems with it. While idle I have 28-30c but when I open google chrome watch a video or something else I get 36-38 and while gaming 41-44 and I know that that's not normal.I remounted it 3 times,cleaned the paste and the cpu.I tighted up...
