Your ram is running XMP - 3602 profile which is CL 18. Not sure where you got CL 16 from but it's running correctly.

What is happening exactly? The latest Geforce drivers are unreliable for cards that aren't 5xxx series. So if whatever this is is driver related do try an older driver.

Coming from a 3060, the 5070 isn't bad. Performance is more than doubled pretty much. Ti though, if you were to hold on to the card for two or more years would probably be worth the extra cost.
