How do I enable the other GPU? when I insert it I cannot get to bios -

Blank Screen on boot, cannot access bios
I built a pc with a Gigabyte GA-H110M-A, and when I boot it, it shows a black screen (not a no signal screen) and I cannot access the bios, but all fans spin. I couldn't install an operating system onto it because I cannot access bios.
