Fm transmitter only playing a small number of songs
Probably the problem is in that 64GB Memory card you are using, because most FM Transmitter support max 32GB, and up to a 1000 song, try using a less capacity Memory card, and make the audio files less than a 1000 file, and you should be fine. -

I am trying to play music from USB through fm transmitter
As Vincent said, try format your USB thumb drive using the FAT32, just make sure to back up all the data you have on that USB, if it works great, if it didn't, it could be something wrong with the USB port in the FM transmitter.
