I agree with vapour that laptop seems to be the best for the money.

For the GPU you should get a 1050 ti or 1050 so you are future proof if you wanted to play something other than LOL. For the CPU get a Pentium G4560 or even better a Ryzen 1200 if you want to spend a bit more.

It should be just fine on that PSU. The card will use around 250 watts so you shouldn't worry that much.

Nvm i found out how to do it. In X-mouse you have to go to the button. Then go to Simulated Keys. And on the top there is a place to write called custom key. Just write what you want there and it works perfectly. :)

The manual doesn't say anything about reprograming the buttons. What they do rn is, when browsing one goes a page backwards the other, forwards, I downloaded a program called X-MOUSE which successfully reprograms them but I can't find anything about the buttons writing a text.
