If he doesn't plan to overclock then this would be your best bet. Just threw in the motherboard since i did a build with it a while back and its a fantastic value for under $50.

I also just noticed i didn't answer one of your questions. Yes if you decide to go with a custom loop in the future it will all fit fine in your case. That case can support up to two 360mm rads or a combo of 120's, 280's 140's etc.
I am not sure if it would fit and/or how easy it would be get on there but this is the only thing i can think of.

On the board i am not sure. You should be able to pop off the heatsinks, mask them off and paint them. But it could affect their cooling performance. No problem glad to help! Sorry i couldn't solve all your problems.
For a full loop you would need a cpu block, gpu block, tubing, pump, reservoir, radiators, fittings and coolant if you not using distilled water. EK water blocks makes a kit that makes it a little easier.

If you dont want to go the custom loop route and still want a liquid cooled card and are not heart set on the titan x, this is a good option. Its only a GTX 980 but if your case is big enough you could sli two of them. They should overclock like a champ too.

Full loop water cooling will give you slightly higher overclocks and will be a lot quieter under load. But its quite an investment and requires a bit more maintenance than an AIO liquid cpu cooler or air cooling. I don't think the cost justifies the very little performance gain you get from it...
If you are willing to switch PSU's this seems like a good option since it included all the cables you will need.

As far as the CPU cooler goes, it will look great either way. It will...
If you want to change the tubing and liquid on the cpu cooler i would go with something like a Swiftech H240-x. As far as the custom cables go you could go with something like mainframecustoms if they have the shade of purple you are looking for.

I was talking about the card (Quadro 410) only supports 2 displays max. You should be able to use the built in graphics along side the Quadro 410 and that should solve your problem. I have seen it done on an older Core i5 with a Nvidia GeForce 550ti where a 3rd display was plugged into the...
That card only supports a max of 2 monitors per card. You may be able to get the third to work by plugging it into the vga header on the motherboard if it has one. Otherwise i would look into an external option like this.

The Windows 7 driver should work just fine. To install it download the .zip from the site you linked and extract to your desktop. Then go into device manager and right click on the wireless card. It will probably listed under unknown devices or something similar. Select update driver software...
Download AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes (search Google) then runs scans on both. If that does not fix it you could do a system restore to an earlier date when it was working.
How to do a system restore: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/11238/using-system-restore-to-recover-your-windows-7-computer/
Go to start and type "Computer Management", then device manager. Under Networking adapters right click on the one your using and go to properties and then advanced. Look for "Wake on Magic Packet" towards the bottom of the list and make sure its disabled...
