Question 5800X3D Clock Speeds Bellow Base Clock (SOLVED)

I officially feel stupid, but as per usual that is how it goes LOL. In past attempts I've only been trying to update the BIOS via gigabyte app center, which always told me I was on the current version (F3), and I just took it at face value. So when I saw you say this I thought surely I would've...

Question 5800X3D Clock Speeds Bellow Base Clock (SOLVED)

It doesn't let me toggle anything in the control mode panel, or really anything on that screen. I've gone to defaults in the BIOS a number of times, and tweaking anything from there doesn't change anything. I'll check on those memory timings though.

Question 5800X3D Clock Speeds Bellow Base Clock (SOLVED)

Just tried your suggestion, nothing changed, but I'll be wary of it in the future. The 5900X I had before this had dead memory channels and the 2700X before that had the same so it's been a struggle between me and AMD CPUs. I only added the set of 2 8gigs around the time I got the 5800X3D

Question 5800X3D Clock Speeds Bellow Base Clock (SOLVED)

The issue is my CPU is never at base clock, it has been underclocked ever since it was installed. While I would like my CPU to run higher than base clock, for right now I want to figure out why I cant even run it at the normal clock speed.

Question 5800X3D Clock Speeds Bellow Base Clock (SOLVED)

I installed a new R7 5800X3D a few months ago and ever since I've had issues with it having a 3.3Ghz clock rather than it's 3.4Ghz base clock. I am using a Gigabyte Aero X570 with an up-to-date bios, a Corsaire AIO water cooler, a 1000W PSU, and 4 sticks of 3200mhz RAM totalling 48gbs of memory...
