My little brother currently owns a Dell T3400, and I was planning on getting him a GTX 750 for his birthday. GTX 750 Ti: PCIe 3.0 Dell T3400: PCIe 2.0 CPU: Intel Core2 Quad Q6600 @ 2.40GHz RAM: 4GB. Would the GTX 750 ti work on that computer ? thanks.

I don't know what to do. When I don't switch on the V-Sync it goes to 100 fps, but when I do, it just flickers between 59 & 60, it's the first game to do that on my PC. (i7-4790k, GTX 970). Nvidia's control panel says that my monitor's refresh rate is set at 60hz.
