Well I'm trying to RMA my 1060 6gb, and EVGA sent me a label I could use on the box for them so they can see the RMA number and bar code. Update: Installed it into a dell optiplex 790mt and it works perfectly fine, installed the upto date drivers and everything booted fine. So i don't know what the issue is with the old computer.

Yea that's probably the issue then thanks. But it doesn't make sense to me because the video still comes through the video card, so if it wasn't powered on the video wouldn't go through and everything works initially except for when I download and install the proper drivers. And I also found...
