I agree with jett on this one pick up a decent case with some case fans. Also make sure to not cheap out on that power-supply and grab a good quality one.

Usb 3.0 devices are compatible with 2.0 and the other way around so no worries there.

As long as the 650 power supply(s) are good quality than the more the better (just dont go too power crazy) it could also help in a future upgrade should you want a graphics card that uses more power.
