But Computerbase>CPU is saying that the i9-14900K is SLOWER than the AMD Rysen 7 5800X3D so....

New gen beats current gen...just as the next AMD release will beat this. It's just normal leap-frog.

A 35w cpu should be run at 35w....probably designed to do that best. Not sure why anyone would want to increase such to 150W. That said, a 150W cpu is...probably designed to run safely at 150W.
