I just got an ATI Radeon HD 6770 and when i plugged it in my computer all i heard was fans and there was no display. I'm planning on building a computer within 2 months so I am hoping this card works.

Are there any big steps to switch from nvidia to ati (vice versa). I turned off computer took off 9500 gt and inserted my HD 6770 ( juniper xt) and when i booted my computer there was a black screen. The fans were also pretty loud. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
