You have to take out the cmos then unplug. Watch the video about taking out the CMOS on HP Omen: https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c05581329 Try to see if it fixes the problem.

Try resetting bios to default. After that take out the CMOS battery for 5-10 minutes with the power cable out of the computer. Check if it fixes it.

Specs in intro. Using a cooler master v1200 psu. Ive had it for over a year working just fine on my prebuilt pc. It all happened after i changed the case.

Totaly true. Many weird cables were attached to the motherboard that didnt fit in to my new build. Looked for some sources, some said it would be ok, so i took the chance. Well just got to buy a new one now

It failed. was a prebuilt one. It went crazy with the fans and failed afterwards.

Answer to first question: Good question. I did it because the temperatures were very high on the last one and for future upgrades (example fitting a radeon 6700x with a good amount of airflow) The buttons on the front panel also got stuck sometimes. Also the new PSU i got didnt fit the case...
