So, I got Call of Duty Black Ops 2 for the Pc. When I started to play it, I got 60 frames, but textures and objects will only load when i'm close to them. I think this is call rendering if i'm correct, but I need to know if anyone can help me have a smooth game experience without moving around...

I don't know about that because on Amazon the psu got 4-5 stars reviews and said it is well worth the buck, but I can change to a evga 600 80+ bronze psu.
