Well i figured the accouts themselves haven't had the problem and it's missing or corrupted some file which prevents the log in page displaying.

What does that mean

I tried every possible placement. It only displays if it’s in A1. Single ram in A2 isn’t working either. The mb itself recommends A2, B2 but only slot A1(nearest mb works). Could it be the mb slots or cpu damaged? The cpu has some dark spots. Here’s a pic: https://ibb.co/HFXgny7

also can I put the second ram in slot 3 and carry on using it like this or do I have to occupy slot 2 and 4 first if I’m using 2 sticks. They’re 8gb each

I changed the fan back but kept getting same issue. I tried switching the rams around in the wrong slots and then tried 1 ram in the closest slot to the cpu and now it’s on. Does this mean that second ram is fried and I got lucky with trying this ram stick? Or is another component damaged and...
