I'd like to know from experience, what would be the best processor to pair with a EVGA Gtx 660 SC edition, One that will run hand in hand without creating a bottleneck. :] Also, as of preference, i'd like to stick to intel for my own reasons! Thanks guys

Does my i3 Quad Processor clocked at 2.9gz bottleneck my GTX660 2gb Super clocked?, because it doesn't seem like my GPU is working to it's full potential. If so, can someone explain how bottlenecking components affect my FPS? and Possibly recommend my next course of action? (Upgrading etc etc)...
