My computer has 8GB of DDR3 ram, but the task manager says my memory usage is at 43% when only 1,130MB are in use. I'm also getting messages telling me that my memory usage is too high when it's only using 2000MB. Is this a memory leak issue? It seems different than my understanding of a memory...
