What special incantation must be muttered to get Windows 10 (all updates applied) to recognize the HDMI port? (Asus Z97 mobo, main display is connected to discrete NVIDIA, trying to use the HDMI to connect to projector with Intel graphics. Yes multimonitor is enabled in BIOS.)
