Question Performance tab in Task Manager is not displaying information

I have reinstalled the OS and have not had any luck. I figured out the issue. Typing msconfig into windows > Startup tab > Open Task Manager. Now it comes up as normal.

Question Performance tab in Task Manager is not displaying information

Performance tab in Task Manager is not displaying information. I've ran sfc /scannow and chkdsk commands, restarted my computer multiple times and nothing has changed. No pending updates in Windows Update and all drivers are up to date. Image Link

They tried the 14900k in another system with known working test parts and it still failed. So it wasn’t just my computer either.

Question BSOD Loop, cannot log in ?

Socket is fine. I’m currently having them try out an i7 13700k just to see if it will work. I’ll have to try out the CPU bracket when I get everything together. The guy at Geek Squad tried some stuff in the bios, the intel presets being one of them, still no luck. After I get my computer back...

Question BSOD Loop, cannot log in ?

The Geek Squad believe that it’s a compatibility issue with the 14900k and the latest z790 motherboards because the manufacturers will overclock the CPU automatically. I’m not sure if this is only because of ASUS doing this since I’ve only ever tested it and ASUS board, but I feel dubious about...

Question BSOD Loop, cannot log in ?

Update: The Geek Squad thinks it’s a Motherboard problem. They were receiving VGA codes and RAM codes with their fancy diagnostic tools and said that those don’t happen at the same time usually. I will be back with more updates.

Question BSOD Loop, cannot log in ?

I installed windows with this hardware. I tried to reset and remove all files but that also failed. I also tried to boot it from USB repair windows and it gave me another BSOD before I could finish doing much. I’m taking it to the Geek Squad at my local Best Buy to nuke it.

Question Dota 2 Crashes on startup ?

I FOUND THE SOLUTION! I was recommended to underclock to CPU to see if it would work and it did! Then I was directed to set the CPU back to default settings and reduce Vdroop by providing more power to my CPU at peak levels. Not sure why this is specific to Dota 2, but it worked!
