    This may seem obvious but have you tried updating your touchpad driver in device manager?

    You've likely got a handful of background apps running. Head over to settings>privacy>background apps and disable the apps that you don't want running in the background.

    Have you tried heading over to device manager and updating your network adapter? Sometimes, that seems to do it.

    I made the stupid mistake of deleting the usb driver once and ran into a similar issue. This was a while ago, but if I remember correctly, you'll need to boot into safe mode and then go from there. Sorry I can't be of more help. Hope this helped a little.
