So I live 13 miles out of town, and my ISP is century link because it's the only viable provider for gaming. That being said I have 110-150ms ping during 4:45 to 6:45am when I awake. But from 6:45 to 11:00pm I have an average of 500 to 1000ms, and that's being my phone or my console (Xbox one)...

No im not planning on over clocking but it would be nice to be able to, but I would imagine that would increase the amounts of cooling needed? And I'm not in need of a monitor, mouse or keyboard. But yes I should have mentioned a operating system, have u an opinion on windows 10 or the steam OS...
