I got GTA IV pc version and has a camera shake problem at first so I search for solution and I got this LaunchGTAIV.exe that fixed it. However, as I run the game using that exe, some textures took time to load up or in some case it is totally missing like no roads, wheels, etc. So I search again...

I can't find virtualdevicedrivers under the control folder. please help me.
