As the title suggest, my pc wont restart properly. the screen turns off but the computer remains on. I cant reset or force shut down. I have to turn the rear switch on and off again to power it back on. Im running windows 8.1.

I have a corsair 250D case and an Asus maximus VI impact motherboard. First time build. Read and viewed alot of informations prior to purchasing my components. I know they should fit but i am having trouble aligning my board to the case standoffs. Please help. And thank you before hand.
