I bought this mobo two days ago and also have some problems with fans. 1) Settings in MSI Control app or BIOS does not allow to set fan speeds under 12,5% (CPU fan) and 50% (system fans) - imho there is no pointy for fans to rotate and make noise if cpu/system temperatures are about 35°C. 2)...
