So i will have to put an 8th gen intel cpu in there in order to do a bios update there is no way to do it with a 9th gen in it?

Just built a new computer and it wont display anything like the monitor doesn't detect anything its not like just a black screen still on its completely nothing I'm also so sure i have tried everything just hoping that i could get some second opinions before scrapping this and trying a new CPU...
