Seems like PSU works, after some tinkering PC is somewhat alive, fans run, cooling is on, ram lights up, but it only if 8 pin connector is off. If I attach 8 pin to PSU, PC is dead again.

I will just add that when I clear cmos I hear the same click when pressing power button.
