Hi forum, I have an old HP a1520n desktop and decided to move my router in which it was hard wired to the computer. Now it has a new Linksys AE2500 network card, which connects to the network and says "internet access", but the internet does not work. Any ideas? by chance in the computer too...

I have an Acer timelineX that had similar problems. So I opened up its housing and a little piece had broken off creating a short in the keyword, shook the broken object out and it works fine. My laptop has an issue with slipping out of my hands and falling to the ground. GL
