now I've tried another processor (g620) with no luck, still no boot after plugging the vga into the igp port of the motherboard, now im pretty sure it's the motherboard.

There is nothing wrong with the cpu cooler sir, as I've stated I'm pointing at either at the processor or the motherboard, but I'm limited in hardware and I can't test which is which. Can you guys offer me more tips to do? Thanks in advance.

Yes, but as I said the unit turns on for 2 secs then turns off (led fans lighting and spinning). I put the video card back on and it works, my guess is either the motherboard is not recognizing the built in display of the processor or the processor is actually the culprit.
