all cards will perform similarly with a max difference of 3 fps,as for overclocking Gigabyte cards seem to be the better overclockers but you really dont need to overclock a 1070,it won't underperform in any game yet

Yes everything is compatible the case supports the motherboards size (uATX / Micro ATX) The motherboard and cpu have the same socket and everything else is compatible.
