Ips is better in terms of what? Few of them have less than 4ms gtg right? And those are expensive. I cant afford a monitor high than 270~ bucks.. I just to avoid experiencing any latency or input lag with the monitor

Nah its only for low settings on some fps games.. Also i heard ghat 1ms gray to gray makes difference in fps games.. Also i need g sync to avoid screen tearing right?
